This restaurant feels like a small deli. You get complimentary chips and salsa. The burritos are huge. You may want to share one.

Good food good service

This place states that they are open from 8am-11pm.i came at 8:10am and waited 15mins and they never opened doors.horrible place to come in morning anytime before 10am.

Great service and food everytime!

My family, friends and I frequent this place and have yet to be disappointed. The food is always great specially the evening cooks. Use to be a cozy little space but ever since the expansion it now has more seating and can accommodate a large group. I have visited other Carolina's and I was not impressed and always end up going back to the Antelope, CA location. I recommend this Carolina's to anyone.

I ordered my food through DoorDash and my meal was supposed to be a combo w/ rice & beans according to their menu. I get my food and there’s no rice & beans and when I call he tries to tell me the the food doesn’t come as a combo when the menu clearly says it does. They need to update their menu so people know what they’re actually buying. They’ll never get my money ever again.

Certainly a place worth stopping over, the food is excellent and well prepared, the costs are reasonable and it is constantly well organized there. Kudos.

It was very bland... limited options. No kids meals, and isn't even fit to be called TexMex. Final insult was how expensive it was.

I tipped very generously before we even finished ordering and they argued with me when I asked if they got all 4 burritos. After fixing the problem and her saying oh I forgot that one she charged me for all 4 burritos. We got back to the house about 30 minutes away and behold only 3 burritos. The food was incredibly mediocre. The eggs tasted super eggy and the breakfast burrito had dang near no potatoes in it. Also ordered a horchata and it tasted very very watered down and extra sugar. I ate it thinking I might be crazy and now I'm sitting here feeling sick because I'm pretty sure the food was old and bad.

Horrible experience went to eat during morning and got old dry meat. Looked disgusting and tasted so as well. Extremely disappointed with the quality of food. Guess making fresh meat is to much work.

We met with friends at this spot for a meeting. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. we highly recommend this place.

Prompt service and the burritos were delicious and in good portions.

Cheese enchilada was cold in the middle, cheese not melted. Been going there since they opened, thought I would give them a 2nd chance. I complained. I was given a 2nd plate and the cheese, in the middle, was cold and unmelted. Not one ,"I'm sorry." I was given my money back without a word. People here have always bordered on rude, but the lack of anyone having any accountability for my dissatisfaction makes this my last visit.

want pico de gallo? Buy it!!... That's how she told me when I ask for it...rude service also and the food was cold!!! Carolinas at Douglas Blvd in roseville don't compare at this one..

Carne asada fries and the veggie bowl were both great. I've been going to Carolina for years and it's always good food at a good price.

It was my favorite restaurant for carnita burrito. But since the virus/ take out only. They've gone totally down hill. My burrito carnita was all rice with just a taste of carnita meat. I'll try them after the quarantine is lifted.

A couple years back I would have given a 5 star rating. However since they up graded I swear the cut down food costs. For instance the cheese no longer melts and the steak(carna asada) is round. Still good but no where near what they used to be. The customer service is always great love the owner. A little sad they charge for pico first Mexican restaurant I have seen do that. It is however Mexican American and will never be Mexican food.

Let start by saying that the food is good but what turns me off to this place is the customer service. I have been in several times and each time my questions are answered with short brisk answers. Eye contact is completely nonexistent. Sorry for the inconvenience of coming in. Won't happen again. Thanks.

In my experience, staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean. We love the food. Being a dine in, it's nice change of scenery compared to a backed up drive through. Full restaurant experience at Carolina's prices. Can't beat that. For late night food, the drive through location is just a few miles down Elkhorn, so their convenience earns my money.

Waited nearly 30 minutes for an order and I paid for it. Then the staff their decided to make a whole entire order before mine and I didn't get food and was late for work. Poor attentiveness and will not come back there ever again.

We love the momma here. They always take of us! They made a simple mistake today and fixed it instantly !!! Highly recommended❤
